Team with the experienced staff at the Pennsylvania CareerLink® of Lancaster County's Employer Services at no cost. They will provide technical assistance and help you customize your employer folder. They will assist you with job posting creation, pre-screening, assessments, access to online resumes, and referral of candidates as well as provide information on grants for job training, tax credit opportunities and federal bonding programs.
