The PA CareerLink® of Lancaster County's Re-entry Employment program is for anyone with a criminal record who is struggling to find or keep a job.

This comprehensive program provides intensive case management and consists of assessments, work readiness training, individualized employment planning, career coaching, Ready2Work certification, occupational skills trainings, specialized workshops and job placement.

Ask about the Federal Bonding Program that is designed to help a job seekers get and keep a job. Let propective employers know you are eligible for them to receive a bond, free of charge and no paperwork required, if they hire you.
