PA CareerLink® of Lancaster County's career navigators are the gateway for eligible job seekers to access training and/or education for full-time occupations offering family sustaining wages along with health benefits. Training and educational opportunities may include:

  • Occupational skills training for unemployed and employed workers
  • On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • Customized Job Training (CJT)
  • Apprenticeships
  • Incumbent worker training
  • Metrix Learning® online assessment, training and certifications
