Swank

We are a company that provides early skills development and educational support to children aged 8 and under who are experiencing developmental delays. The role of the BHT-ABA (behavioral health technician in applied behavior analysis) is to provide one on one therapy to children with an autism diagnosis as directed by their supervising clinicians with a graduate degree. These children receive support in learning skills they have not acquired naturally, like talking, following directions, or even making eye contact. We also provide therapy in homes and school or daycare settings to generalize skills or to serve clients who have some skills already developed but may still need support. Swank ESD is dedicated to a work-life balance with hours that are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, no nights or weekends, and some of our roles are flexible for those with school-aged children who would like decreased hours during the summer or prefer not to work when schools are closed. Our business serves Lancaster County and is looking to expand to meet the needs of our community.
