Apprenticeships
Since 2006, we have provided apprenticeship courses to help meet the needs of local businesses to train and develop skilled workers to maintain a high-quality workforce and improve trade skills. We offer 9 different PA-registered skilled trade apprenticeships to help develop a younger workforce, provide instructional, technical, and basic skill training, and deliver advanced skills.

Services & Events
The association has many services that can help your business including HR consulting, talent management, HR surveys, health insurance, 401k MEAP program, and legislative updates. We offer in-person and virtual events throughout the year including quarterly mixers, wake-up to manufacturing seminars, HR webinars, half-day forums on a range of topics, and our economic forecast.
